• To provide, operate, and improve the Lullkeep service
• To power LullTide AI responses (your messages are sent to the Anthropic API; see Section 5)
• To send SMS reminders you have opted into
• To send transactional emails (magic-link sign-in, billing receipts)
• To process subscription payments
• To respond to your privacy rights requests
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information for targeted advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising.

LullTide is an AI assistant, not a human. Conversations with LullTide are processed by the Anthropic API to generate responses. Your conversation content is used solely to generate replies within your session. Your conversation content is not used to train AI models by Vocally Yours LLC.Anthropic's data use practices are governed by their Privacy Policy. LullTide's responses are not medical, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice.

As of the date of this policy, Lullkeep does not use automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects on users.

We share personal data with these service providers only as necessary to operate Lullkeep:

• Anthropic (Claude API): AI response generation — receives conversation content
• Twilio: SMS delivery — receives phone number and message content
• Supabase: Database and authentication infrastructure — stores all user data
• Vercel: Web hosting and serverless functions
• Stripe: Payment processing — receives billing information

We execute data processing agreements with all service providers. We do not share personal data with analytics platforms for advertising purposes.

• Account data: Retained until account deletion is requested
• Conversation history: Retained to provide conversational context; you may request deletion at any time
• Goals, tasks, notes: Retained until you delete them or your account
• Billing records: Retained as required by tax and accounting law (typically 7 years)
• Usage logs: Retained for up to 90 days for security and debugging

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights. To exercise any of them, email us at hmjmusic@icloud.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. We will respond within 45 days (extendable by 45 days with notice).

• Right to know / access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Right to deletion: Request that we delete your personal data (subject to legal retention obligations)
• Right to correction: Request that we correct inaccurate personal data
• Right to portability: Request your data in a machine-readable format
• Right to opt out of sale/sharing: We do not sell or share data for advertising — no opt-out is needed, but you may submit a request to confirm

California residents: You have additional rights under CCPA/CPRA. See Section 8.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

This section applies to California residents. As of the date of this policy, Vocally Yours LLC may not yet meet the CCPA thresholds ($26.625M revenue or 100,000+ consumers). However, we are building toward compliance and will be fully compliant before those thresholds are reached.

• We do not sell or share California consumers' personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising
• We do not use sensitive personal information for purposes beyond providing the service
• California residents may submit rights requests as described in Section 7
• To opt out of any future sale/sharing, email us or signal your preference via the Global Privacy Control browser setting

If you provide your phone number and consent to SMS reminders:

• Message frequency: Varies based on your reminder settings (typically 1–3 messages/day)
• Message and data rates may apply
• To stop receiving messages: reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages.
• To resume messages: reply START
• For help: reply HELP or email hmjmusic@icloud.com
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

Lullkeep is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, contact us immediately and we will delete it.

We implement industry-standard security practices including encrypted data transmission (TLS), row-level security on our database, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out of sale/sharing of personal data, as required by Colorado law and as a best practice under other state laws.

We will provide affirmative notice (email or in-app notification) of material changes to this policy at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Non-material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.
